Plans By City is published by Daniel Griffin, a licensed independent insurance agent (NPN #22052447), licensed in 22 states. It exists to answer one question that the other comparison tools do not: whether the plan you are about to buy actually covers the hospital you would go to.

Carrier and plan-type data comes from the CMS Plan Year 2026 Qualified Health Plan Landscape file. Hospital network participation is deliberately not published here as a fixed list — it is negotiated between insurers and health systems, changes during the year, and is not in any public dataset. Publishing a stale list would be worse than publishing none.

I am not tied to any single carrier and I am not affiliated with the U.S. government. Nothing on this site is an offer of coverage.
